H Residence

Residential - New Build

A "right size" modern home for a pair of empty nesters looking to downsize from their current home. Designed for aging in place the two bedrooms, two and half bath main level is situated on the site to take advantage of the prairie views and setting. Brick and thermally treated wood allow for low maintenance in the future. The use of structurally insulated panels(sips) allows the building to be very energy efficient.
